Batter-fried Chicken with Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit Sauce
- Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit juice with pulp
- 1 Chicken Hip or Chicken Breast
- Crispy flour with seasoning powder and pepper
- Your choices of favorite green salad

Mix chicken with flour, dip in eggs and breadcrumbs, and then fry with a medium heat until chicken turns golden brown.
Easy steps for sauce – mix mayonnaise with Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit juice. Stir until it is deliciously mouthful to your taste. If some Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit is too sweet, you can add lemon juice.
When a chicken cools down, slice the chicken into small pieces (depending on your liking). Serve with green salad and top with Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit’s sauce.
