Zespri® Green Kiwifruit Gula Melaka Sauce
- 4 Zespri® Green Kiwifruits, peeled and sliced
- 80g Butter
- 70g Gula Melaka
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- Pinch Cinnamon powder
- Pinch Clove powder
- Pinch Nutmeg powder
- 1-2 tsp Limau Kesturi juice
- Waffles / Pancakes / French Toast

Heat a small frying pan and add butter. Add gula melaka and Zespri® Green Kiwifruit slices and saute for about 30 seconds.
Add the orange juice to moisten and a pinch of each of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg powder.
When the sauce thickens, squeeze juice of half a limau kesturi over mixture.
Turn off heat and serve with pancakes, french toast or waffles.
Allow to cool a little.
Top it off with fresh slices of Zespri Green Kiwifruit.
