Zespri® Green Kiwifruit Gula Melaka Yoghurt Smoothie


  • 3 Zespri Green Kiwifruits, peeled
  • 150ml Greek yoghurt
  • 2-4 tbsp Gula Melaka, chopped & to taste
  • 4-6 Ice cubes
  • 1 Mint leaf or maraschino cherry for garnish

  1. Peel the Zespri Green Kiwifruits and cut into circles, leaving one for garnish.

  2. Put the rest of the Zespri Green Kiwifruits into a blender along with gula melaka, yoghurt and ice cubes. Blend on high speed for 10 to 15 seconds till smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with a mint leaf or maraschino cherry.
