Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit Crab Salad
- Streamed crab – 100 g.
- Zespri SunGold Kiwi – 30 g.
- Shallot – 20 g.
- Apple cider vinegar – 35 g.
- Olive oil – 150 g.
- Salt – 2 g.
- Pepper – 1 g.

Stream crab meat with ginger for 10 minutes.
Mince Zespri SunGold Kiwi and shallot together, then season with apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
Mix all with crab meat and ready to serve.
